Cedar court hotel is a very nice hotel. We were greeted at the reception desk by very helpful staff. They were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice apart from a couple of long cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. We had to ask for help from reception as we couldn’t get the lights/lamps working, the housekeeper came up to our room and showed us the master switch which was near the entrance to the room. We asked for a fan as the room was extremely hot and the window only opened about 3 inches, the housekeeper brought us a very small, noisy, inadequate fan ( note to oneself to bring a fan from home). We were allocated a standard double room on the 3rd floor with a bath and shower over. The shower head was fixed to the wall making it virtually impossible to get to certain places to rinse the soap off. There were no shower rails to hold on to and no non slip mat for inside the bath. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the staff were most helpful. We slept quite well despite the room being hot. After waking and going down for a lovely breakfast we returned to our room, it was then that I rechecked the status of our booking to find we had originally booked a standard double ACCESSIBLE room. On raising this issue with the receptionist on checking out, she didn’t really comment much on this fact apart from observing how very hot I was and offered me a cold drink. I said to her that maybe when people book certain rooms, ie accessible rooms, that reception staff should ensure that people are allocated the room that they have booked. It’s a lesson to be learned on my part, to ensure I get the room that I have booked and paid for!

Was pleasantly suprised with a free upgrade when we checked into our room last night. The hand written note and sweet treats was just cherry on top! Really lovely facilities very clean and comfortable 👌 😊. I've stayed many times here and have now stayed in all the different room types none have let me down. Always a brilliant stay and such a convenient location right off the M606. This is also well overdue but last year we made a big group booking for my sisters wedding and the night manager on charge was soo great, she literally went above and beyond and made sure our whole party was very well looked aftered and added to the special occasion by giving us access to the main hall to use the night before the wedding so our group could hangout uninterrupted without worrying about disturbing other guests. Honestly all the staff were so sweet. I'm just so annoyed I lost the card with her name on it! Thank you again!

This hotel is wonderful. Was a little worried from reading the mixed reviews, but wow, our room, welcome and everything provided has been top notch. Was even upgraded to a nicer room and welcomed with some beautiful bakery treats and a hand written note of welcome from the guest service team. Very happy and after a long drive, this welcome with a cup of tea whilst admiring the view of Bradford from the window is truly lovely. We’re in room 422, which is new and really lovely. Can’t fault it and will definitely stay here again plus recommend to others. Well done to guest services for creating such a lovely, unique, comfortable stay.

Staff were great, the lady at reception through the day went above and beyond, unfortunately, I don't have her name but she was on duty throughout our stay from the 1st to the 6th of January, also, Nigel, the Cook, was very helpful brushing the snow from my car and helping to clear my path as it was difficult leaving the Car Park after the Snow Fall. My only criticsms are that we miss the Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Facilities and I think the food prices are a little high, edpecially when there are other resturaunts close by.
